Nissan REOF 05 A CVT transmission
This was the first CVT Transmission used by Nissan in a small car like the Micra and March and the Cube.
It is a mainly Hydraulic controlled transmission and has only Solenoid valve on the valve body ( Hydraulic control unit )
It is also used in other vehicles like Fiat Uno, Subaru Justy,and Daihatsu.
There is a Electromagnetic cluch used intead of a torque converter which has some problems when it is getting older
The workshops are not very up to date with this system and there are lot of transmission been replaced while there was only an overhaul from the clutch needed
